Pros
- great management, really helpful, they invest a lot in you;
- you go to fairs where you develop network and skills;
- excellent training programme;
- decent pay in the industry with some good commissions.
Cons
- because it's a new company, some of processes are not fully defined, if you are used to being managed closely, you will find this independence a bit bewildering.
Awesome people and environment.
Everyone helps each other and the management always supporting and helping us grow and improve.
It has been great working with such inspiring people and idea.
