Great hours, career support and leadership.

There were no downsides to my time at Vast.

I love working at Vast. The people are motivated and intelligent, and plenty of autonomy is given for employees to do things the way they feel best. Plenty of flexibility in scheduling, and managers seem concerned about results, not "butt-in-chair" time. And it's a small thing, but the open-office feel and well-stocked break room are great.

Definitely not the place for you if you need strict management, or aren't comfortable with ambiguity. Definitely a Mac company (no PC's used), and downtown traffic sucks. Otherwise very few cons to working here.
