Pros
Very nice and inclusive front of house staff Nice manager, although he can be a little problematic at first but he learns Owner and his family are very nice Very straightforward work, whether in the kitchen with the back of house or anywhere on the front of house staff Shorter hours but still pays well
Cons
Owner very set in his ways, doesn't change things until it is way past due Sometimes management ask way too much for the pay rate Sometimes you can get in way too much trouble for something that may not have been your fault
