Pros
Varsity is an MSP so you get a ton of exposure to different technologies which keeps the job interesting. Amazing clients partially due to clients primarily being in non-profit/education/health sectors, but either way, almost all of the customers are truly a pleasure to get to support. Great staff that gives off a family vibe and lots of little perks (ie paid lunches for training sessions, regular snack food available, etc) Management is very transparent.
Cons
While listed as a pro above, the aspect of exposure to a lot of different technologies can be hectic at times and work is definitely very fast paced. Depending upon position, work/life balance can be challenging.
