New General management and ownership direction seems all. About money. No. Longer care for the employee's nor seem engaged to do what is right for the customer. New General Manager does not seem to care about the employee. Everyone that made Varsity successful and worth working for is quitting

the hours i worked where very long 6:30am - 5:30 (somtimes 6:00pm), not much room for growth - i only left because am amazing CAREER opportunity
