Pros
-good technology but it is antiquated and difficult to consume by end users -great passion from c-level but can be blinding at times - drink the kool aid -good peer level people to work with
Cons
Waste a ton of time chasing archaic metrics from 2008 when the company was a start up but still has in place today even though not relevant nor productive. Middle and VP level management are a joke at best, adequate to manage a middle school girls softball team but not IT Sales professionals with morals. When you leave the message will be "we wanted to fire him anyway" regardless of what was produced in territory. Inability to recognize inefficiencies and own fault which leads to a excessive high turnover rate.
