Pros
Challenging yet rewarding work. Great coworkers. In my experience management listen and take feedback on-board. Office location is pretty good. The office is pretty well-stacked with snacks and games. Employee benefits are pretty good. Promotions are pretty common and open positions tend to be filled by current deserved employees. For the most part employees work on their own initiative and are treated like adults.
Cons
Big focus on KPIs, particularly over the last year. Ticket documentation seems to be weighted higher than actual work performed/feedback received. 2 days mandatory in the office each week. Micro-managing seems to be growing lately but so far has not had too much of a negative impact.
