It really has been a rewarding experience coming from another cybersec vendor where I received little if any support on my calls or closing...What I love most: *Products that solve real problems not just highlight the problems *An extensive support team for customers and sales team *The innovation is insane, the platform keeps updating and coming out with game-changing solutions that customers respond well too *Very loyal customer base, extremely high renewals over 90%+ I never seen a tighter go to market or sales support in my career.. *realistic #'s to hit with not much of a bump in quota compared to other roles I've had *great insurance and internal spiffs
Cons
*Very metric focused - this isn't a place to be fed opps - you have to hunt *A lot to learn, there a ton of products to get up to speed on, it just takes a bit *building business cases for customer can take a significant amount of time but helps with deals closing quicker *You gotta always be on, this isn't a place to hide or phone in quota data, you're expected to hit #'s and customers needs in a timely fashion (not necessarily a con, just something I would advise reps who are looking)
