Pros
Experience is probably the biggest upside to working at Varonis. No matter what type of role you accept, you can be assured that you will take on a high level of responsibilities very quickly. This is certainly not a job you can slack off in, but for someone who wants a fast paced environment where you are constantly learning and needing to pick up new skills, it is a good place.
Cons
The company is extremely metric based, sometimes to the point of effecting productivity. I am all for holding employees to metric standards as they are measurable and prove to produce results. However, the biggest problem I have seen is when people become so focused on hitting metrics for requirements sake and do not get done the many other things needed to be successful.
