High Turnover of qualified & recruited Reps & Mgt - this is a leadership issue Long sales cycles & limited mgt patience to put #'s on the board = lots of pressure Constant inspection / reporting of performance against many KPI's that don't impact pipeline by people who have no local market knowledge creates uncertainty & anxiety - Work Stress is a real issue.
