Pros

- Support when you need it (You just have to ask!) - Thorough initial training - Kick-off in the US - Excellent presidents club initiative - Opportunity to sell and complete demos rather than handing over to the SE every time! - Fantastic technology - Proven methodology and way of selling that can be repeated in any sales role and along with hard work can guarantee success - Metrics provide a clear path to close business - Work smart & hard = you will succeed - 360 degree role, one day your channel manager, one day your new business development and the next your closing business (Wide range of responsibility & exposure) - Company maturing in almost every way - Working from home and excellent flexibility - Team dedicated to booking new business meetings for reps, work closely with them and they are invaluable

Cons

- If you don't work hard & be proactive you will fall short of metrics which will lead to pressure (isn't that the same in every sales role?) - Company working through a lot of change however positive steps are quite clearly being taken - Metric-driven (But only as a result of a proven & successful methodology) - UK Channel model is on the right path - Comp plan confusion when transitioning to subscription pricing however this WILL improve

Pros

Good money and great promotion trajectory

Cons

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
