Pros

The market place is actually starting to take this area seriously GDPR has opened peoples eyes. The actual employees are great people

Cons

Good software, poor delivery immature and leaves customers lacking value. Really expensive, and just going up in price. Most negative and toxic working environment I have ever experienced. Literally no motivation no support it is all just about being kicked in the head everyday. Micro management, you are treated like school children Salary packages are much lower than the market average, and pay rises aren't given annually lots of employees haven't had a pay rise for year. Nothing buy kpi's and metrics the most severe micro management I have ever seen. And it is driven by the CEO, literally all they want is robots external experience and ideas are totally ignored. Ever increasing targets, ever changing commission and it is literally used as blackmail to make people stay. No senior management give a crap about the people, you are either in the clique because you have been there since the start or you are a nobody and your options and views are irrelevant. I have never worked anywhere and received so little praise, so little recognition for hard work and effort. When you do well there is nothing but complacency from management. When you struggle even when things are out of your control, it is always your fault. Not wider issues with marketing budgets being non existent, lead generation being poor, channel being immature, technical delivery being awful. Always the sales persons fault.
