Tough quotas. No strict policies around performance enforcement. Ive seen similar performing employees get totally different treatment-1 gets promoted to a non-sales role the other terminated Sales training is run by non-sales people and less than average performers Growth opps are real but not as plentiful as is messaged Fear of Loss motivation is rampant. Most ppl internally you will find resent that. Micromanagement - because its their way ( not always the right way) Some management has no place in leadership positions. HR deepy is rigid and each word should be chosen very very carefully when dealing with them. They will stab you in your back and they talk like lawyers.
