Account Executive - Account Executive Varonis Systems Employee Review

I worked here for 2 years between 2014-2016. Varonis operates on a culture of fear. How anyone ranks working here a 4 is proof that any online review system can be completely falsified with the right amount of investment of time and money. When you work at Varonis you are completely replaceable and they let you know that on a daily/weekly basis (virtually everyone I worked with in my time there in all territories has moved on, management, support reps and account execs... all gone). The statements"Paranoid about your job", and "Be thankful it wasn't you" after people were let go were normal things to hear.
