It's an incredible product that solves several current and growing security needs. It can be sold at almost any company both enterprise or SMB. The company is innovative, well-managed, aggressive and I've either liked or at least respected everyone I've met. Average annual growth of 35% provides substantial opportunity for professional growth. They continue to invest heavily into sales, marketing and development. They provide good benefits including stock plans.
Cons
Not necessarily a 'Varonis' con but working remotely can sometimes feels like working on an island.. Also - because the industry is so broad, there are still several technologies that are incompatible. High activity with patience for results is required.. you need to have a good balance of aggressive prospecting, pipeline building & developed sales ability. Sales cycles can be 12mos but can also be 30-60 days.
