Pros

Great atmosphere, light airy building with lively work environment. Team I am on is great. They are really interested in keeping their customers and stress customer service. They provide gym membership and a free fully stocked kitchen. They are really trying for a fun google approach to their office.

Cons

Rough interview process... be sure to do your homework. And if you can't explain tech terms in a broken down manner your grandmother could understand then you need not apply. They want you to be able to explain complex terms in a simple manner. Training is a not great, down right evil, tough, breakneck fast.....Tests every two weeks to start. If you fail these during your first 3 months, then you are FIRED. Then you have additional monthly tests to get up to their tier 2 support. I'm not sure it's worth it yet. Starting pay really sucks... it's low b/c you are training... we didn't even see the product for the first 4 weeks we were there. No raise until their 2 is reached. ETA to reach teir 2 is 10months to a year. Save yourself some time, they have a strong preference for internal employee referrals. If you don't already know someone there, then I would advise you not travel too far for this interview. Company is 10 + years old now... they claim to have 'lots' of opportunities, but I have yet to see any that really impress me.

Pros

Good money and great promotion trajectory

Cons

5 days in office unless at 100 percent quota then get 1 remote day, changing quota/commission requirements alittle too often

Pros

Benefits are great, random gifts throughout the year, top notch team support

Cons

Company is so compartmentalized no one team has any idea of what is going on with another, which is specifically frustrating when it comes to pay/commission. They keep purchasing other companies without properly integrating into the existing product and have to basically re-invent how to use the full potential of said product to interact with what they already have, leaving a lot to be desired. Hiring new positions with specific goals in mind, but have the same title so are treated the same when it comes to OTE creating a substantial pay cut. Especially when they are brought in to make certain parts of the team and product better.
