Pros
The TAM role is relatively new, and there has been a fair share of "growing pains" with the new role. But management in the CS org in general has been very supportive and is actively working to smooth out the bumps.
Cons
The account load per TAM is unwieldy at times, and your schedule can be full of all day back to back meetings on a regular basis.
