      Honestly one of the best places I've worked. Doesn't have the fake "we're a family" vibes. Good mission

      Cons

      The mission is being destroyed by capitalism and that's not necessarily Varo's fault. You have to be profitable in the world.

      WFH, Non-phone, production based, fun meetings

      Cons

      Have to be apart of a clique to get leveled. No help in RDC. RDC is the worse department to work in for Varo. HR doesn’t care about complaints either.
