Free lunches is the best pro Work life balance is ok Senior Management was nice but now is not HR is really supportive

No room for progression at all, unless you are friends with someone at head office. They promise internal growth but always hire externally. Several people have gone for interviews and then just not heard back at all which is terrible / heard about internal position via linked in. It’s all abit of a mess. Not very inclusive at all! Quite concerning. Really embarrassing maternity package considering it’s female founded and family run business …..

Working at Varley has been a rewarding experience. One of the standout things about Varley is the culture. It’s collaborative, supportive, and full of talented individuals who work hard but also celebrate wins together. Leadership is approachable and open to new ways of thinking, and there’s a real sense of trust and autonomy. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop, with exposure across teams you wouldn’t normally get in larger, more siloed businesses. Overall, Varley is a brilliant environment for someone who wants to work in a premium, fast-growing, entrepreneurial brand where your contributions are genuinely felt. It’s demanding at times, but the experience, the people, and the culture make it incredibly fulfilling.
