There are absolutely no pros at all working for this company.
Cons
There is no room for growth whatsoever and you are not given the tools (any tools at all) to succeed from the outset. Moreover, there is no sense of collaboration among teams and there is increased hostility between upper management. One of the core tenets of this subsidiary (parent company is ZT systems) are these boilerplate words "Partnership" and "People First" yet in reality there is no camaraderie between teams, nobody is "pitching in" , and no one at all is willing to have a positive attitude and listen to you for a minute or two. Deflection tactics will be used by more senior employees and you will be left to crumble and not grow and contribute at all to the company.
