Pros
“Work” is not work when you love doing it… a little something I’ve learned to understand since my start at Variphy in 2014. Actually I’ve learned quite a bit, I’ve learned that there is more to a career than suites and ties. I’ve learned that Mondays are actually not that bad.
Cons
Most of my team members work remote, we only get a chance a few times a year to meet in person. Usually during our company meetings and retreats.
