Pros
The people there are there to help you there is constantly different people reaching out to check on the status of how you are doing. Plus you have a mentor if you chose to use or not which is a fellow driver that is working for the company as well just like you. If you have a problem they get it fix where u are or if possible there nearest terminal. If your into recruiting people and they use u as a reference you get paid a few cents off there miles and this will be for as long as the person works and your there as well. At some of the main terminals you can park shower workout and use the shuttle for transportation.
Cons
(This can be a pro to some and con to others): your loads are picked by a computer so it's not bias of where it sends you.They are a forced Dispatch. You don't speak to the same dispatch, so if there system is down u have to reexplain. The driver tech sometimes had issues where I wouldn't get loads on my side .
