- Poor management, not understanding worker responsibilities. - Many changes and complications related to changeover to Siemens Healthineers. - Outdated salaries. - No growth opportunities for well established employees. - Poor training practices in some parts of the company. - Threatening management style, and single dedicated HR that cannot be trusted. - Some areas of technology that are standard necessity to most other companies do not exist here, or are severely crippled/outdated. - Extremely bad medical insurance coverage post the merger with Siemens.
