      Pros

      Decent money to be made if you like manual labor and upward mobility within company and pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and a lot of technological issues with machines resulting in downtime but have to make up that downtime on mandatory weekend shifts.

      Pros

      Good pay. Is consistent source if income. You can count on there always being work.

      Cons

      Little to no personal time. Overtime is not optional. You are under appreciated. You are expected to preform for the bottom line only. They have little of any respect for the floor workers.
