A lot of self-teaching, learning, and unspoken expectations. Requires you to work hard with little room to slack off during the day if you want to succeed. Benefits could be better as only health is provided. No dental, vision, 401k, and limited holidays. No extra time off until you hit 10 or 15 years.

Manufacturing and assembling side are knowledgeable.

Engineering side is all over the place.
