My pros are as follows: Great Schedule, Accommodating Upper Management, Flexible Co-workers, Fair pay, Relaxed Environment. By no means is this a career, but it is a stable place of work with fair treatment.

There really isn't too much I can say for cons, cause I feel as if I'm treated well, much better than my past employment. Most things that aren't going well are really out of the owner's control.
