      Pros

      Flexibility. Part of a growing industry with potential. Mostly good team comraderie.

      Cons

      Work load. Too much driving. Working under different PM's with different levels of expectations, and teamwork. Pay got static (for base), and honestly a way to adjust for that would be increase the company's 401K contribution, imo.

      Pros

      Interesting clients and projects to work on.

      Cons

      Incompetent egotistical leadership, nepotism, exploitative patronage based rather than merit based system of operation, disrespectful bullying culture, there’s a lot of investment and money coming in so that the constant bleeding of money caused by incompetent leadership and middle management is not problem enough to force change.
