Pros

Strength of the Team The core team at Vantage Medtech is composed of brilliant, kind, and dedicated individuals. Everyone genuinely shares the goal of designing and manufacturing devices that improve the quality of life for end users. Their commitment to innovation and compassion is the company’s greatest strength.

Cons

Lack of Training and Support Training for various engineering roles is virtually nonexistent. Once assigned to a project, employees are largely left to navigate on their own. Client Boundaries and Management Support Vantage has not established clear boundaries with clients. As a result, some clients are permitted to act inappropriately with little to no intervention from upper management. I have personally witnessed multiple coworkers being verbally abused on a regular basis. Process Deviation and Inconsistency Although a formal process exists, clients frequently deviate from it—often without consequence. This has led to the creation of numerous custom processes, resulting in inconsistency and inefficiency. Deviations have effectively become the norm.

Pros

Very few remaining. Flexible WFH. People are good

Cons

Sales no longer knows how to sell jobs and people are jumping ship. Three CEOs in the past 2 years. We merged two companies and neither of them wants to work with the other.
