Great company and amazing group of people to work for!

Downturn in the oil industry!

People orientated company and a very supportive HR department. They have treated their employees very well during a recent round of redundancies. Face to face meetings and honesty has been applied the same policy across all the levels of management. No one went away with nothing, unlike the larger players in the industry. CEO and COO are some of the best people in the industry and must take credit for the way this has all been handled.

Needed a stronger corporate ID. Some great talent came into the company but a VTG (Vantage) DNA should have been embraced.
