      Pros

      Employees are appreciated and championed when we have done things well. My development and growth path has been clearly outlined to me for the year and I'm excited to see all the opportunities I will be exposed to. My work/life balance is important to the company and my needs are heard and met.

      Cons

      Having more chances to do offsite visits with my team around the world would be great to be able to see them in person more.

      Pros

      Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
