      Working at Vantage allows employee to be tooled and be given all ressources required to make projects a success. The ambition of the company allows employees to have several opportunities for carreers. Transparency is a core value and is clearly demonstrated with its employees and customers.

      Cons

      Growing so fast make the company being worldwide and being working in silos sometimes since all employees are spread out into sites and regions.

      Pros

      Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

      Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
