      Pros

      There has been a lot of change over the past year and mostly for the good when it comes to accountability for goals.

      Cons

      With the high turnover in most groups it seems that most groups are chasing issues instead of getting in front of them. With that said there have been improvements. For the one group that has been stable for years there is one individual in the group who is an outright bully and unprofessional in his demeanor to his peers and subordinates. Although it has been brought to Senior Managements attention the execution in dealing with the individual behavior appears to be ignored.

      Pros

      Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.

      - Remote work for global employess - Every day is something different

      Cons

      - Leadership is very guarded and doesn't share much information with employees. - Roll out of systems and technologies is very slow.
