Management here is a mess. From the very top, direction is hard to come by and seldom are there priorities that make sense for a saas business looking to scale. Management turn over is very high - unclear if folks leave of their own choice or if they're asked to leave (probably a combo of both). Mid level and even upper level leadership have very little autonomy over investments in people, technology or process. The result is a startup that's failed to grow in meaningful ways. The 2025 layoffs clearly showed a lack of understanding of where the business problems are.
