      Pros

      Great place to work at. You’re not just a number, you become family. The leaders of company truly cares for the employees by investing in trainings that will help you further your career. There’s a lot of growth happening and it’s feels nice to know that I work for company that is stable and secure. VanCon truly lives up to their Core Values. Safety, Charity & Quality ❤️

      Cons

      The only con is my commute to & from work. Hour & half driving. It's worth it when you work for a company that cares and values work life balance

      If you don't get it, or you don't want it, or don't care about your co-worker - Find somewhere else to work.
