Pros
Hands off management, although this is sometimes a positive management style it also makes it very difficult to close the bigger deals or close a new account.
Cons
A very high turn over rate of employee's. Service departments in several branches are poorly managed causing undue problems with the client. Unreasonable expectations of sales department considering poor team environment. Closing the bigger deals sometimes requires a senior manager to interact with clients senior management team.
