      Pros

      Home time, weekends when not expected to work Saturday mornings.

      Cons

      Unpaid overtime, climate of fear, poor treatment of staff. Profit comes first, people second. Most staff leave and never come back, others leave and cannot get a job anywhere else and end up working back there because they can't do any better.

      Pros

      Loved engaging with all contractors and being able to provide a solution to suit their needs! Great honest work force, takes a lot to work the rigs on site.

      Cons

      Too much politics these days hampering actually getting the job done and turning a decent profit!
