      VAMAC's leadership cares about all associates, their continued success, and career advancement.

      Cons

      Communication from leadership through branch manager sometimes gets blurred. However, if you have a question the door is always open.

      Pros

      Good people and opportunity for growth from within the company. Good opportunity for someone out of college. Family driven company with good values.

      Cons

      They don't diversify from other colleges in the area. Hire majority from Virginia Military Institute which doesn't allow diversity. Corporate tries to micromanage from Richmond when they have capable people to make decisions from the Branch level.
