Flexible work environment - they really care about you personally, hybrid-work environment, pretty casual! Great company values - they don't just have core values, core values are intentionally lived out! Lots of opportunities - continued learning and training opportunities are strongly encouraged and supported by management!

Cons

It can feel pretty lonely going into the office since it is a fairly strong hybrid environment and most people don't come into the office super often.

Pros

This team is obsessed with serving their customers and helping them win. The projects are exciting and the people are faithful and full of integrity. The office is beautiful, and it's a team that actually lives its core values. They care more about the quality of your work than the hours you put in. The work is done by in-house marketing experts who are employees, not overseas contractors. I have not seen a marketing team operating at this skill level, and leadership pays for real expertise instead of cutting corners.

Cons

The company went through a tough acquisition that created some anxiety and made it harder for a few people to know exactly where they stand. I see that as temporary growing pains, not a real cause for concern.
