Pros

Hardly any pros. they company makes money off you (pro for company) to succeed in the company you will have to kiss the upper managements feet and be at their mercy only then you will have respect in this company.

Cons

lots of cons. they deduct money for the silliest of reasons and keep expecting you to contribute more after paying employees peanuts. No promotions, hikes in 100's and no incentives either, management makes employees slog and keep all benefits for themselves, to go for free trips to other countries.

Pros

There are no pros for a company that grossly underpays its employees and voice-over talent. Their business practices border on being criminal.

Cons

They are not only slow-pay, but they're also NO-PAY, in my case. Repeated e-mails to them to ask for a reason why they weren't paying me for a completed voice-over project were met with evasiveness or silence. That means no reply at all! They expect voice actors to correct the grammar in their poorly translated scripts, number one. Two, they want top-notch recordings in an unreasonable time-frame. Worst of all, if you don't have to wait 45 days to get paid, you'll get NO PAY at all!

Pros

There are no pros to this company

Cons

As localization experts, they are terrible. Their English scripts are badly written, with many errors and they pay insultingly low rates to narrators who not only voice their eLearning projects, but edit them in their own professional studios. They pay late and then they don't pay in U.S. dollars. Run, very fast away from this company!
