Below than average company. No team management. If you are from IIT and IIIT (doesn't matter in whichever stream) or startup failure then you may get a chance to become leader among others. If you have good communication and skill to manupulate people then this company is here for you. You will find them working just for 3 to 4 hours and rest they keep roaming and fooling their upper management.Unlike other companies you will find current and future couples and love birds working in same company and same project leading to partiality and leverage over thir mistakes and work. No work life balance for all, especially those who are at junior level or entry level. You need to impress your boss if u want to survive. Most often people are hired as developer and you will find them doing manual testing and working in excel. If you really need job you can start with this firm get experience and move on . No pick and drop.
