Pros

Free food free transportation don't know what else I can mention. Yeah if you are lucky you might get a technical team

Cons

No work life balance No personal life Your manager even can try to get into your personal life, expect call at 1am midnight not a huge surprise You can get call anytime in 24 hours. You should not consider 5 working days better to say 6 working days sometimes 7 No working hours also 12 hours kind of normal expectation from manager daily basis. NO JOB SECURITY Horrible middle management and HR system. HR system is there to arrange townhall only. They don't bother employees problem forget about big issues even minor issues. You should not take your leaves. If u take and its not approve pay cut. National holidays not for Valuelabs employees its just sake of calendar. Manager can be rude with you for their fault Less technical managers mostly doesn't know the lateat technology at all. So they think everything is 1hours task. It will be lot of cons better to stop. Hope you understand if you don't then welcome to Valuelabs to ruin your happiness.

Pros

ValueLabs is a fantastic midsized company that truly values its employees. The company has given me every opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. The leadership is approachable and encourages a supportive, collaborative culture. ValueLabs is truly ahead of the curve as an AI-first company. Working here gives you direct exposure to our proprietary AiDE® platform, which is redefining software engineering and business operations. It’s a meritocratic environment where you don't just use AI; you build with it to solve complex enterprise problems. The company has a "Human + AI" paradigm that empowers us to be more productive and creative. Being a midsized, founder-led firm, it offers the agility to innovate quickly while providing the stability of a global leader.

Cons

The transition to an AI-first delivery model means there is a steep but rewarding learning curve. You need to be highly adaptable and ready to tune into new technologies quickly. While the support is there, the expectation for personal growth and technical agility is high.
