Pros
Great exposure to the investment management indsutry. Since it is a GLC, bright future prospect for the company as fund raising is not a concern.
Cons
Some senior management do not communicate what they want to accomplish well. Effective mentoring would be a great help to better the performance of employees and thus the company as a whole.
