Also every single month during the pandemic the employees got some payout... Also based on the innovative and aggressive payout model, the employee earned nearly double their salaries during the pandemic and work from home period for nearly 12 months. Carrier opportunities: Great carrier opportunities for sincere people. The exposure is very good and I have got this feedback from many employees and managers also. Their pay scale has increased to more than double of their original salary within a span of 2-3 years after joining VALUE PLUS. Training: The company can benefit with better training process...separate training department can be a solution... Managers: I feel the company needs more number of managers as of now... Salary cycle: Salaries generally happen between the 10th-12th of every month. This can be done earlier... maybe before 5th-7th of every month.
