Plenty of room for growth. The owners are very passionate about their mission as a company and customer service, and it is easy to back people like that.

It is HARD work. You have to study every night or you won't succeed. At times, it can even be a bit stressful. The job pretty much becomes your life. It takes time away from your spouse and family, but pays off in the long run with large paychecks to help support the lifestyle you hope to have. You do work very closely with management, which can make you feel a bit self-conscious, even though you know they only want to help you. No health Insurance, but it is understandable because it is a small business.
