Relaxed work atmosphere - Anonymous employee Valtronic Technologies Employee Review

The new team that has been put in place here at Vatronic, has absolutely turned this company around. Not only do my teammates have an exceptional amount of experience, we have fun at work. There are no silos and everyone just helps each other so much to get the job done.

The continuous improvement culture has most of our major issues fixed and now we are just working together to drive our Lean/Six Sigma improvement culture. I cannot believe the amount of cultural and capability improvements that have been accomplished in the last 9 months.

They have pot lucks sometimes and some themed spirit days.

Management has quite a few meetings each day and it still feels disconnected from production. There currently is very little work for production as customers are being lost. Pay is not balanced between seniority/skill level and certifications never result in pay increase. New hires getting paid more with no adjustment to others compensation. No anonymous suggestion box. No way to properly advance your career. There's not much work on the way for production
