The new team that has been put in place here at Vatronic, has absolutely turned this company around. Not only do my teammates have an exceptional amount of experience, we have fun at work. There are no silos and everyone just helps each other so much to get the job done.

The continuous improvement culture has most of our major issues fixed and now we are just working together to drive our Lean/Six Sigma improvement culture. I cannot believe the amount of cultural and capability improvements that have been accomplished in the last 9 months.

A lot of great coworkers

*Company got bought out by Cicor, is no longer called Valtronic. Management is lost and will say whatever they need to make people happy and go away. No future and not making any money. Had to put employees on “shared work” unemployment multiple times in an 8 month period with some employees only getting 2 days of work. Lose customers regularly creating little work. Got offered more money and a new role to stay at one point and after 1.5 months of not receiving anything I put my 2 weeks back in and they got petty. Just a big circus at this company.
