Pros

Limits- Every aspect of the job and environment is challenging - if you are not assigned seating it is open. The "livingroom' has a couch that is considered a work area, very uncomfortable and lacks the ability to focus. If you are used to clear project timeline your limits will be challenged here.

Cons

If you are thinking of working here ask for all documents you will be expected to sign on the first day. Pay close attention to the rules around PTO in the employee manual, Exhibit A details the rules Around the bonus this document should be reviewed clearly.

Pros

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Cons

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Pros

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Cons

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
