Pros

I've never had a job where I actually wake up in the morning and look forward to going in to the office. The people are really what makes this such a great environment, but management puts in a lot of effort to make sure we are taken care of. It's a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Working with bleeding edge technology has really made a positive impact on my life, and I get a very rewarding sense of satisfaction with the work I do. Possibly the best thing about working at Valorem is the impact it's had on my personal life. I go home everyday excited about what I've accomplished and it feeds into my attitude with my family. With the flexible hours I never worry about not spending enough time with my wife or kids or missing any of my children's special events. It's competitive with a never ending focus on education. I'm going to be here for a long long time!

Cons

I really don't have much to say when it comes to cons. I've been so grateful to work here nothing negative has really crossed my mind.

Pros

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Cons

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Pros

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Cons

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
