I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Smart and well intentioned coworkers.

Really bad managememt that relies on AI to do it's thinking. Unfair and discriminatory practices. Pushes AI use even when quality of work is negatively affected. Unrealistic expectations. Forced RTO policy that kills productivity.
