The people I worked with were awesome. The benefits weren't too bad, either. In fact, I would never have left except for the cons listed below.
Cons
Valora is contracted by client companies to handle the companies' data. What they don't tell you upon hire is that, when the client decides to change things, all non-management staff gets laid off without pay until the changes are complete. These layoffs can last weeks, sometimes over a month, at a time. You aren't getting paid that much to begin with, and no one can afford to have a job where they're not working, and not getting paid. As you might expect, turnover is high.
